			This is very slightly at odds with EM... it says that the ciliary cannot be conciously controlled. I have changed '''the vast majority of myopia''' to '''most myopia'''. This was not only on account of what could be seen as an over-exaggeration, but because of a grammatical issue. Majority relates to a number, and myopia is an uncountable noun. So if you wanted to stick to the original formulation you would have to say '''vast majority of cases of myopia''', which sounds a bit clumsy to me.
