Swaagat hai 7-din, 7-part guide mein, apni aankhon par niyantran paane ke liye.

Ek dashak pehle main -4.00 ka chashma pehnta tha aur mujhe bola gaya ki -5.00 ka pehno.

Mujhe high myopia tha. Kaafi sar dard hota tha, aankhein thaki-hui lagti thi, aur raat ke samay drishti naa ke baraabar thi. Myopia samajhna
