Our little slice of bureaucracy!

To see detailed user permissions, go to Special:ListGroupRights.

IP users

IP users can read all articles on the wiki freely, but they cannot edit. More of a user 'unaccess' group Face-wink.svg

Users

Users

Users are anyone with an account. They can edit pages freely, save for a few protected articles.

Autoconfirmed users

If a user account has been registered for a week, and has 25 edits, they are given the autoconfirmed right (automatically).

This permission grants access to editing some slightly more sensitive articles.

Administrators

Users

This makes it look like some kind of secret police...

Becoming an admin is easy, we hand it out like free candy here.

See EM:Admin guide for more information about what admins can do. The main things are blocking disruptive users, protecting pages and deleting pages.

Suppressors

Users

Suppressors can remove information from edit logs, even from administrators. This power is only used in the case of personally identifiable sensitive information being accessible through the history logs.

Check users

Users

Check users can find out the IP address behind a username.

Interface administrators

Users

Interface administrators can edit files related to how the wiki displays itself, such as css files and Javascript.

Nukers

Users

Nukers can mass delete pages.

Bureaucrats

Users

Bureaucrats can give or take admin powers.

Janitors

Users

Janitors can do anything. They have unrestricted access to user rights management.
