@NottNott: As cool as Phabricator is, I don't see it has any relevance to this wiki. I'm guessing these things came in on a bunch of templates from another source? Shall I start cleaning up references to irrelevant stuff? It really clutters up the wanted pages page, and there are dead links causing them to show up on wanted pages. @Dlskidmore: You can if you want to start losing your mind. I've made EndMyopia:Wanted pages which hopefully should mitigate the problem a bit, breaking down wanted pages by namespaces - but the problem is still massive in mainspace. I might look into an automated way to deal with it at some point, but I really don't think it's a great use of our time. Just going through the articles to find the redlinks should sort out a lot.
However, I've set the number of redlinks needed for a page to appear in wanted pages to 2, so that cuts out the vast majority of wanted pages. Some templates we need to import at some point anyway, and if page is truly needed I guess it will be redlinked more than once. I think it's on the brave editors who go through there to figure out what needs creating and what doesn't but there really isn't an easy fix to this one. I think it's fine to leave how it is. -NottNott (talk) 09:54, 1 June 2020 (UTC)

@NottNott: > I might look into an automated way to deal with it at some point Ok, will wait on that > Some templates we need to import at some point anyway That will take care of a lot of it. > I've set the number of redlinks needed for a page to appear in wanted pages to 2 I think the wiki is still young enough that this is premature, and besides, if there's only 1 red link to a page and that page shouldn't exist, perhaps the article with the red link needs editing to point to the appropriate resource or delete the link.
