Better Try Out Yourself

Tratak being quite a controversial topic , you cant tell that if it is right for you doing it

some of them state that tratak can quite reduce myopia

some of them say that it should not be done if you have high myopia

some of them say it should not be done with weak eyes

it works different for different peoples if you have complicated vision issues i wont suggest you doing it much ...

try out yourself see if you observe anything bad with your eyes , if yes then stop doing it if no and it gets more clear then yeah you can do it .... it might start double vision but aey thats okay double vision i belive is natural sign of improvement so that shouldnt be an issue


Rules

Start doing it for ten minutes in starting you can always increase it after some days

Wash eyes just after meditation

blink as soon as eyes want but dont do it often

Procedure

Getting Into your mind

You sit in a calm room , turn off the all lights. prefer night if you are doing for eyes. keep the flame at eye level a little up down would be fine but it should be around level which you use your computer

Now in the dark room infront of burnt flame in an Lotus position (folded legs) on a mat on ground , dont do it on a chair

after sitting comfortably .... try to listen the sounds in surrounding feel like you are getting mixed with your surrounding , try indentify where the sound came from and what it is of. After doing that disconnect from outer world and focus on body , If you have any pain or uncomfort at any part focus on that part ofc dont open your eyes right now

after focusing on the part now disconnect from the body and look whats in your mind whats running on ,,, aey dont touch anything just let whatever is going on ... dont think dont change whats happening even if its a ghost just calmly look it after this disconnect from brain stop thinking about anything now

Last thing to do now is take 3 times deep breath and chant OM ''''RELAX Dont strech any body part just relax

Meditation

After that just open your eyes and look at the flame .. no thinking nothing just look at flame and relax your eyes while looking at it ... if any thoughts come in mind or you feel scared close eyes for two or three seconds and open them again, Look at the Flame dont blink only untill your eyes let you open them... what i mean here is as soon as they feel little bit of tingling or strain or pain or uncomfort in them just blink blink and relax

'Be Aware Doing it with force will just have negative effects like getting a lot of tears and red eyes after the meditation.. if not done forecefully the amount of tears which will come will be really less in ratio the tears coming is a good sign but too many of them are not

After you feel its enough of meditation just fall asleep on ground for few seconds and then go and wash your eyes then you can go to sleep if you want to
