Some templates we need to import at some point anyway, and if page is truly needed I guess it will be redlinked more than once. I think it's on the brave editors who go through there to figure out what needs creating and what doesn't but there really isn't an easy fix to this one. I think the wiki is still young enough that this is premature, and besides, if there's only 1 red link to a page and that page shouldn't exist, perhaps the article with the red link needs editing to point to the appropriate resource or delete the link.
