People are obsessed with blinking and I'm not sure why. There's a decent chance you should read up on dry eyes.
(Someone was like, "but babies don't do it much" but that's because 1. babies' eyes have a lot less surface area and 2. babies are always asleep so their eyes are closed a lot.)
