The wiki is currently read only. Ideally anyone should be able to make an account and improve the articles here - or at least that's the humble opinion of the wiki janitor around these parts.
With public account creation though, we were getting flooded with spam bots instead of editors... so it makes sense to disable account creation for now. Hopefully we can open it up again in the future.
