Optician

An optician makes or dispenses lenses. In many locations this is a licensed profession, and lenses can not be dispensed without a prescription from an optometrist, but in other places a friendly optician may be able to help you on your EM journey. Try asking him if you can buy lenses in bulk and have them refitted into the same frame as your lens selections change. Most opticians are willing to help you with fitting problems and accessories with lenses you bought elsewhere.
