Jargon busting. Jargon words are discouraged as much as possible.

Reasons for the guideline

Jargon is normally used by a narrow group to convey a regular concept and may not be well understood outside that community or context. English is already difficult for people where English is not there first language.

To mitigate use avoid using jargon and in exceptions describe the jargon in common language with an example is possible.
